Users have two options for creating playlists:

From Personal Playlist Page
- Navigate to the "Personal Playlist" tab.
- On the upper-middle right side of the page, click the "Create Personal Playlist" button.
- A new page will open, prompting users to provide the following information:
- Playlist Name (Required)
- Playlist Description (Optional)
- Users can select videos from a dropdown list to add to the playlist.
- Click "Save" to complete the process and receive confirmation of successful playlist creation.

From Video Player Page
- When watching a video on a specific player page, locate the "Add to Playlist" button/icon in the lower left-hand corner below the "recommended videos" carousel.
- Clicking this button will trigger a pop-up window.
- Users can add the current video to an already-created playlist or create a new one.
- To create a new playlist, click on the "Create New Playlist" text or the "+" symbol.
- The pop-up window will expand, requiring users to enter a playlist name.
- Finish the process by clicking "Save" and receive confirmation of successful playlist creation.
