Update Payment Method Account Management
Step 1: Once logged into your On Demand account, click the account icon in the top right corner, or select the "My Account" button on the left side of the screen.
Step 2: In the My Subscription section, click the blue "Manage Subscription" button.
Step 3: Click the "Billing Management" button.
Step 4: On the right side of the screen, select whether you would like to update your payment method using a "Card" or "PayPal."
Step 5a — Card: Enter all relevant card details and click "Save Payment Method."
Step 5b — PayPal: Click the PayPal button, then click "Authorize PayPal." A separate PayPal window will appear — follow the prompts to log in and authorize the payment method. Once complete, click "Save Payment Method."
Your payment method has been updated successfully.
