Cancel Subscription Account Management
Step 1: Once logged into your On Demand account, click the account icon in the top right corner, or select the "My Account" button on the left side of the screen.
Step 2: In the My Subscription section, click the blue "Manage Subscription" button.
Step 3: Click the "Cancel Subscription" button.
Step 4: Follow all prompts and complete the short cancellation quiz.
Step 5: Once the quiz is complete, check the "I Understand" checkbox to confirm you have read the cancellation terms, then click the red "Cancel My Subscription" button.
Your subscription has been successfully cancelled. A confirmation screen will appear and a confirmation email will be sent to your inbox.
