Pause Subscription Account Management
Step 1: Once logged into your On Demand account, click the account icon in the top right corner, or select the "My Account" button on the left side of the screen.
Step 2: In the My Subscription section, click the blue "Manage Subscription" button.
Step 3: Click the "Pause Subscription" button.
Step 4: Choose whether you would like to pause immediately or at the end of your current billing term, which can be seen at the top of the pop-up.
Step 5: Check the "I Understand" checkbox to confirm you have read the pause terms.
Step 6: Click "Confirm Pause" to complete your request.
Your subscription is now paused. All paused accounts will automatically resume after a duration of 1 month.
