To switch your subscription to our annual membership, please follow these steps:
- Log into your account.
- Go to the top right corner of any page in the On Demand Library and click on the account icon.
- Select "My Account."
- Find and click on the "Manage Subscription" button located on the right side of the screen.
- At the bottom center of the screen, click again on "Manage Subscription."
- A pop-up will prompt you to confirm your email address. Enter your email here.
- You will then receive a one-time password at your registered email address. This is for the security of your account.
- Click on the "On Demand - All Access" link.
- Scroll down to find the "Edit Subscription" option.
- Click on the blue "Change ->" button.
- Users will be able to upgrade to our annual membership by selecting "yearly" and "update" at the bottom of the pop-up.
